Where do we source our matcha?
We source responsibly from China, the birthplace of matcha!
Our 3,000-acre high-standard matcha farm is located in this golden green tea belt, where the temperature, humidity, sunlight, terrain, and soil create the perfect conditions for producing top-quality matcha.

what’s the difference between matcha and regular green tea?
Matcha is made from finely ground whole green tea leaves, giving you 100% of the leaf’s nutrients and a natural energy boost. the best matcha contains the most delicate leaves from the early harvest.
Our high-standard matcha farm is located in the Golden Green Tea belt at the foot of Mount Fanjing. Here the temperature, humidity, sunlight, terrain, and soil create the perfect conditions for producing top-quality matcha.
Is your matcha ceremonial or culinary grade?
CANN’D matcha isceremonial grade, meaning it’s the highest quality — vibrant green, smooth in taste, and perfect for matcha lattes.
Does matcha contain caffeine?
Yes — about half the caffeine of coffee, but balanced with L-theanine for a calm, focused energy rather than jitters or crashes.
How should I store my matcha?
So you want to keep your matcha vibrant green and tasty? Duhhh.
Store CAN in a cool dry place, away from moisture, sunlight, and odors. Refrigerate after opening for maximum flavor and potency. Our matcha maintains its quality for up to year after purchase.
are your products vegan?
Yes — all CANN’D matcha is 100% plant-based, vegan, and gluten-free.
Shipping & returns
where do you ship from?
All orders get shipped the same day from Amsterdam.
when will i receive my order?
We aim to send out every order on the same day the order was placed! Orders within the Netherlands could already arrive the next day while EU orders usually arrive in 2–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship across most countries in Europe, the UK, and selected international regions. You can view shipping times and costs at checkout.
Can i return my order?
Yes — unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days through your customer portal.

When will I receive my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Not yet! We try to offer premnium products at an accesible price point. Having a physical store would increase our costs significantly.
