Our 3,000-acre high-standard matcha farm is located in this golden green tea belt, where the temperature, humidity, sunlight, terrain, and soil create the perfect conditions for producing top-quality matcha. Japan’s most renowned matcha farms are also situated along the same 30°N latitude.This unique environment ensures that our matcha has a rich umami flavor, vibrant green color, and fine texture, making it an excellent choice for premium beverages.
Our ceremonial matcha is shaded for over 20 days and stone-milled, creating its vibrant color, delicate flavor, and smooth texture.
