Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on customs delays, local postal services, or other external factors.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over €20 within the Netherlands.
International free shipping thresholds may vary and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches your destination country.
CANND is not responsible for these charges — they are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Delays & Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@itscannd.com with your order number and details. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
