What does ceremonial grade mean?

Good damn question? To be honest...not much. YES, it means that the matcha quality is good enough for traditional tea ceremonies. BUT, it is not protected, so anyone can use this term.

However, our matcha is sourced from the first harvest — the youngest, most vibrant leaves — stone-ground to perfection. The result is a smooth, naturally sweet matcha with a rich green color and clean finish. Traditionally reserved for tea ceremonies, now crafted for your daily ritual.
Where do we source our matcha?

We source responsibly! Our high-standard matcha farm is located in the Golden Green Tea belt at the foot of Mount Fanjing. Here the temperature, humidity, sunlight, terrain, and soil create the perfect conditions for producing top-quality matcha.
How to make a scrumptious matcha?

Here’s a matcha latte recipe for guaranteed success:

  1. Scoop 3 g of matcha into your bowl.
  2. Add 60 ml of 80 °C water.
  3. Whisk in a zigzag motion until the matcha is silky smooth and frothy.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes and top with 200 ml of your milk of choice.
  5. Pour in your matcha base.
  6. Add honey, peanut butter or coconut sugar for some extra depth.
